OUR FACILITIES
The Western Cape Cerebral Palsy Association runs a variety of facilities throughout the Western Cape to cater for the various needs of the CP community.
Our facilities include clinics and occupational centres, special care centres for children and adults severely affected by CP and work centres where skills training takes place and employment is provided for individuals who are unable to be employed in the open labour market.

THE VILLAGE WORK CENTRE
Workers are placed in the different sections of the centre depending on their level of functioning and ability.

DE HEIDE SPECIAL CARE CENTRE
The centre offers a developmental programme which includes; ongoing assessment to ensure that the appropriate stimulation programmes are implemented.

ROSEDON HOUSE
Rosedon House offers independent supervised living, with each resident having their own room. Transport is provided to hospital and doctor appointments, sport association and social functions.

OUR HOPE
The group members participate in fabric painting, ceramic painting, free art, music and a variety of other social activities and outings.

ASSISTIVE BUDDIES
The woodwork department at The Village Work Centre has approximately 20 adults with varying disabilities manufacturing the low-cost devices in a protective environment. The Assistive Buddies include wheelchair related devices, bathroom and kitchen devices as well as adult and paediatric therapeutic resources.
