A person with intellectual disability is someone who’s mental age is well below their chronological age, and has difficulty in acquiring life skills and coping with challenges and who’s condition is apparent before the age of 18. Cerebral Palsy Cerebral Palsy (CP) is a disorder of a voluntary movement and coordination due to injury or poor development of the growing brain. As a result, the movement disorder may also be accompanied by one or more associated conditions such as:

-Intellectual disability
-Hearing impairment
-Vision impairment
-Speech impairment
