50 years ago the early planning stages for the Cerebral Palsy Clinic [of today] were put in place.

The number of children who have had improved lives over this length of time is enormous. For example, during last year alone there were 1563 child beneficiaries (and this number can be multiplied at mothers and families as a whole also become beneficiaries of the Clinic interventions.

The CP Clinic operates in the physio department at Red Cross Children’s Hospital and is a project of the Western Cape Cerebral Palsy Association.
